  Altemos Atlantic has been my heating oil provider for about 18 years. I have been extremely pleased with their service. When I needed emergency service, they arrived within an hour or so. When I decided to purchase new equipment, they were able to make that happen. When I have questions about my bill or contract, they help me understand what I need to know. Just today, I spoke with Veronica and she assisted me in renewing my contract for next year and walked me through the process online. I never worry about running out of fuel, even in cold winters, as their automatic delivery system works so well. I highly recommend this company. You get what you pay for!

  Today I spoke with Rita to renew my Cap Price Plan and I was very happy with the service she gave me. She was very patient, pleasant and helpful while we worked through some payment options for the cap, budget, carryover credit, etc. and bore with me as I made my way through the DocuSign document for the Cap Price. Again thank you, Rita, for all your help.

  I had the pleasure to speak with Brenda who was my customer service rep and was amazing at explaining how the oil works at my house and other information I was not aware of. She was able to ease my concern over an extremely high bill that I could not afford and was able to put me in a program where I feel more comfortable with. I just wanted to say extremely thank you to Brenda she was extraordinary customer service rep and help me extremely. Thanks girl
