  Steve's work is poor at best. He made error after error after error. There isn't enough room here to describe the nightmare... let's just say he did not put in the right boiler, wanted to be paid for his error. I ended up buying 3 boilers in all to cover the mistakes and in the end we are having continual problems. He would blame us for his errors, then find the reason was his measurement, lack of forethought, lack of data, etc. We had weeks of flooding undetected due to his cutting into a plumbing line, he left exposed hot wiring in two areas. It was unbelievable. I still am sick about it a year after his work began.
