  We recently purchased a home in Palmetto, and as the weather turned cooler, we realized that one of the heat pumps in the home was not blowing warm air. We contacted Alpha Heating & Cooling, as they had originally installed the system, and Riley offered to come out the next day to diagnose the problem. Riley methodically inspected the indoor and outdoor equipment, kindly explaining what he was looking for and what he discovered. After nearly an hour of diagnostics, he determined that the low voltage wire from the indoor to the outdoor unit had a break in it, which turned out to be the fix for the issue. In addition to Riley's super-fast response, he provided all his diagnostic time at no charge. It is rare to find a skilled professional that will prioritize your call and not charge unreasonable rates, especially when the problem is not a simple part replacement. We highly recommend Alpha Heating & Cooling for your HVAC installation, maintenance and repair needs.

  Heater stopped working. Called around to several recommendations and went with Alpha Heating and Cooling: Individual owned, 25+ years of experience. He identified the problem in a few minutes, found out the price to replace the part was $300, so he figured out a way fix it himself. Riley is the HVAC guy you want.
