One word...Amazing!  We have a maintenance contract with Alpha 4 Real due to an earlier issue with our AC unit several years ago. This time our outside unit died and it was 90+ degrees in our home. My husband is on dialysis and not in good health, Alpha 4 Real went above and beyond to get our air back up and running in record time, probably saving us a trip to the hospital.  Every person, from the techs to the office staff, have provided amazing customer service.  Highly recommend...Amazing service with amazing people!

We had three companies come out when we first bought our home through a home warranty company and none of them could figure out why our unit wasn’t working. I called the home warranty company and raised many concerns as it was summer in Houston. They finally sent out this company. Bright came out and in about two minutes knew what it was. He came on time, had what was needed to fix it and explained it all as he went along to make sure we understood what he was doing. I highly recommend this company.

Great company.  They have assisted me many times with my own personal home and my rental properties.  Very professional and Dependable.  Recently they serviced an AC unit of a home I was trying to sell, Bright was able to quickly rectify issues requested from buyers inspector.  Also, previously they have fixed multiple issues for my tenants successfully over these past years.  I would highly recommend. A+ Grade.

Worked with this company over the past few weeks to diagnose and resolve multiple issues with our Heater and AC.  Ended up having to replace the entire furnace and have some repair work done on our AC as well.

I wish communication was a bit better, but Mr. Bright did make a great attempt to keep me informed along the way.  I wish we had a tighter schedule and that some features were thoroughly tested before visits ended.

We had issues with the project, but at the end of the day it is working.

Tech “Bright” called back early this morning and was here promptly. He was quick to locate the problem with the AC unit and fixed it. Great customer service and very polite and professional tech. We would recommend Alfa 4 Real.

Our construction company hired this air-conditioning company to install our entire AC system for new construction in 2019. The motherboard was defective and did not work and the air-conditioning unit was not cooling or heating I found that no batteries had even been placed inside of the thermostat. Once I replace those we found it was still not working.. We called on Friday afternoon around 2 o’clock and were told that they could not service it until the following Monday. I’m disabled and take medication that I cannot be in the heat. We decided to hire John Moore to come out and fix the issue as we are not able to stay in the heat. They had to replace the motherboard. A month later our air conditioner quit working again. We called them and got no call back. We called a second time and were Called back by a very rude lady who would not even let me speak. She said that because I had another company that the warranty was voided. She was very rude and did not really answer my questions at all. I would not suggest using this company as they obviously install broken equipment and old units and don’t come out and fix anything in a timely manner. called back by a very rude lady who would not even let me speak. This is a  Garbage company...

Do Not Use This Company!! They do not know what they are doing, especially Sr. Technician, Bright (who I believe might be their only technician on staff and the rest are helpers). They were hired through my home warranty company to replace my evaporator coil. One of their "helpers" fell through my attic ceiling into my media room during the installation. While they did do the right thing and had a contractor out to quickly correct it, they failed to put my insulation back where it belonged. I had to call and ask them if they had, and they said they forgot. In the meantime, I noticed when I was outside the condensor was making a weird rattle noise, so I brought it to Bright's attention. He tried to blame all the wind we'd been having, which I told him was ridiculous, I know that sound is not right. So he went to look and they had failed to replace the two screws they removed during the repair, so the side panel of my unit was exposed to the elements for several days!

Fast forward to four months later, and I had my annual winter check up, and the technician called me up to the attic immediately upon arrival to show me that the evaporator coil was not installed level with the plenum - it was tilting. Also, the seals were loose, and when they opened the coil, it had been displaced as well. It was a complete mess and I had to pay $685 to have the coil installed correctly. It looks like Alpha had dented the box the coil was in, probably when the fall through the attic happened.

Of course when I called them to reimburse me for this expense (since there was no way I was having them back to my home), they claimed it was past their 90 day warranty and they would not do anything for me. They tried to say my warranty company was responsible, which is not true. Regardless, I will never use this outfit again, and you are putting your systems at risk having them anywhere near it.

Based on the pictures you provided there is no visible damage to the coil or the coil cabinet. The hardcast tape has been removed by someone, which has caused an air leak at the plenum. As mentioned that the Coil was damaged because our Tech Helper fell through your Attic Ceiling? Our Tech never fell through, his feet went through and never fell through, it was not quickly corrected, that job took 2 to 3 days. We sent out a professional company and make sure one of us was there while they were fixing the damage, we at Alpha 4 Real A/C & Heating take pride in what we do and most importantly we respect our customer’s home.
On 6/26/18 the evaporator coil was replaced for the downstairs system. Upon completion of installing the coil the plenum was completely sealed to the evaporator cabinet using Hardcast tape #1402, to prevent any air leaks. Upon completion of the installation, you accompanied the technician into the attic verify the work was completed up to your satisfaction. We returned on 6/29/18 to repair the sheetrock in the media room. Upon completion you accompanied the technician to the attic to confirm the work was completed to your satisfaction, which you did sign was acceptable. We returned on 7/9/2018 to install the missing insulation in the area where the sheetrock was repaired. Upon completion you accompanied the technician to the attic to confirm the insulation was in place & was done to your satisfaction with a signed invoice from you.
I wish we could upload pictures for everyone to see our after job was completed, we never left your unit like that and we believe the company you called did that just to make more money from you and you believed a company that came out for a Heating check –up and caused a damage to your Air-Conditioning, so they could make additional money for the winter time? We are not that type of company,  Per our telephone conversation, you stated you did not want us in your home because you did not trust our opinion, unfortunately we do not have control, Please let us know how you would like to proceed 281-347-7325.
