  I’m not one to leave reviews, but I am very disappointed with the service lack of care and urgency my friend received from All Temp after being a loyal customer for over 10 years. They made a huge error and refused to take ownership of it. It left my friend’s wall with rusty water leaking from the top of the wall down to the baseboard and carpet. The lack of care in trying to fix it left my friend to hire someone to fix their problem. In the end she is now paying a big bill for their mistake not to mention not being reimbursed for the months of “maintenance” they been performing and had to fix the damage done to her wall and carpet out of her expense. I am so disappointed with all temp and their response to her. There has been no apology or way of them correcting this and in a timely manner. My advice is to seek AC services from someone is reputable on Maui. Do not invest your time, money, and frustration in this company.

  Alltemp was awesome! I got 3 quotes, theirs was one of them and won't mention the other two. Theirs was right in the middle price wise. The cheapest company was about a month out from being able to install our new AC system so they were out. Paul was super accommodating and got our install scheduled exactly one week from the day I signed the approval. Install took 1 1/2 days. Each day their awesome crew showed up at 745am. End result is a quiet, cold air conditioning system installed by an outstanding and professional crew.

  I've known and worked with the Alltemp team for many years. They have always responded to any emergency asap and they are very knowledgeable regarding what needs to be done. They are always courteous, clean and prompt. As a property caretaker to many homeowners I can't do my job without them.
