  Awesome service. Very responsive to my calls and was able to work around my work schedule. My tech Cameron was fantastic. Prompt and professional. He was clean and courteous during his visit. He wore his mask and had little booties on to keep my house clean. I was impressed with his knowledge and how great of a job he did. My ductless heat system looks brand new now!

  Calling Allred was the best decision we ever made! When we made our initial call, we were helped immediately with setting up an appointment. Our consultant, Edgar, showed up on time. He listened to our concerns and took detailed measurements. He discussed the proposal in great detail and answered every single one of our questions. Our appointment for installation of a new furnace, heat pump, thermostat and air scrubber was made. A couple of days later Edgar called to say that after speaking with his team, they thought they had figured out the best way to get the temperatures between the first and second floor more even – for the same price and a week earlier. We were thrilled. We were nervous for the day of the install because the old furnace had to come out of the attic. With Allred, we didn’t have to worry at all. We received a text and an email letting us know who would be arriving at our home, with a photo of the installer. Everyone was so polite and respectful of our home. Thank you to Kyle, Lyle, Zack, Will, Cody and Sean. We can’t thank all of them enough! What an incredible team who work together! They answered all of our questions (we had a lot!) and they made sure everything was working perfectly. What’s even better is that the temperature between the first and second floor is now at most one degree difference, when it had been close to a difference of five degrees before installation. And cleanliness? Not a worry. You wouldn’t even know they had been here when they left. We highly recommend Allred. They exceeded our high expectations, they provided quality equipment and work, they have highly qualified and competent employees who treated us and our home with respect.

  Chris was very professional. He educated me on my gas fireplace and advised according to the necessary cleaning and upkeep. I would recommend Allred.
