  If Alex answers the phone, hang up and save yourself lots of headache. You will see him 1x. He will hang some parts on it that are used and don't fix it, only to waste your time and him to take your cash... Yep he only takes cash. STAY AWAY! If I could give him a 0 I would.

  This is a joke....Told me it was an 89 service call, they were there for 30 minutes MAYBE didn't fix anything after they told me they did charged me 239!!! Spilled water and our laundry detergent everywhere because they didn't have the right equipment to do the job right. Beyond mad. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

  It's a fake place, they come to your house fix 5-10 mins, then ask you order some part, they will never answer your phone again, you paid100 dollars useless service.
