  The first visit went very well, but they never came back to finish. They called and cancelled a reschedule and haven’t returned a call since! The Monday call didn’t happen!

  Shirley, I am sorry that you feel this way but I do remember scheduling the work to be completed on a Tuesday morning. You were disappointed that it was going to be that long before we could get there. We went to your location on that date and no one was home. We will be happy to finish the project. We will give you a call on Monday to schedule.
