  Mr. Snead arrived at our house to repair our freezer. He also repaired our dryer a while back. He is an absolute perfectionist, and he will not stop until he find the problem, or fix it a 100%. He is very nice, a professional and does a 100% satisfactory work. It is rare these days to find such a trustworthy professional repair man. I would call him any time to repair our appliances. Thank you Mr. Snead.

  Do not use this company for a repair they never pick up they were supposed to order a part for my refrigerator took me two and half weeks for them to pick up the phone to only answer say hold on lemme see where the part is hang up and then when I call back it when straight to voicemail haven’t received a call back yet

  So long story short this company works along side The manufacturer in which I purchased my washing machine from. they scheduled the first appointment to come to my house then called asked me for the information of my product 1 hour before there supposed arrival and to text them what was wrong with my product instead of what they got paid for which was to come to my house and assess my product. They sent me a reference number which I could not even track and from that day about three weeks later I got a phone call from them saying they have the part they going to install. They scheduled an install then called me 30 minutes before to tell me they apologize but they only have half of the parts needed 1 hour before getting to my house. So they did not come out from that day at the third week forward for the fourth and fifth week I’d call sent emails no replies no one answers call the manufacturer flipped out on the manufacturer for weeks to get me a washing machine because they would not make contact with me they would not reply to me they’ve never come to my house Dave multiple times that they were going to come never came. I would honestly say Hands-down this is the worst company I’ve had to deal with when it comes to anything I’ve had better service at McDonald’s dollar tree and other organizations that you would expect to have lower ranking service, this hands-down is the worst company to have to deal with if I could give them a zero star I would.
