  They put the incorrect unit in home for the size needed. House needed at least 15 or 16 SEERS to run efficiently and heat/cool the home. Mr Allen is non-responsive and very unprofessional. PLEASE don’t use this company!!! He will sell you no name unit and if you have any issues will come out to fix it. Such a rip off!!!

  We are FREEZING. ...INSIDE OUR HOME! !!! We called Allen's refrigeration 5 days ago (right after a big snow and dealing with frigid temps for days), and have called several times and been by his business since. They keep telling us they will come by and take care if it that day and we haven't seen them yet!!!!! I can't help but wonder if it's because we bought a new unit with them that is still under warranty?!?!? Very SORRY service to say the least!!!!!
