  The Hard Black Truth

  We called this company because the fan was not running at full speed which caused the heater to create smoke in the home. The repair man "Allen" can over and stated that He half fixed the machine and that he would be back the next day. When he came back, he claimed that he was in a car accident and didn't have the best memory. He removed components from the heater and asked us if we had any copper lying around. My honest opinion is that the man (and his crew) are on drugs. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE TO SERVICE YOUR AIR UNITS.
