  Missed appointment, had to wait two days, HVAC worked for less than 10 minutes after leaving. Didn't show knowledge of heating system. Tried to sell a new system.

  Had an appointment ... no one showed up and no one called to say why. When we called to see where they were we were told he had ran into an issue with his first appointment..understandable... only we were told we would be the first appointment. Then she said our appointment would have to be moved to next Wednesday ...6 days from now...because he had appointments the rest of the day..WHAT...excuse me but what about our appointment???
