We have been longtime customers both with our residences and our business. While we have always been somewhat satisfied, we are now incredibly happy customers. Mark has worked hard, in an incredibly tough climate, to up his game in the quality of his employees. Tina in the office is top notch and Joe, the newest technician we have worked with, went WAY above and beyond with our PM service today. He is thorough and offered so many extra tips to help regulate the heating and air comfort in our home. We appreciate everything!

First and foremost, their price was unbeatable. They were very quick with scheduling and providing a quote. Their technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and on time. I know they would have done a fantastic job - the only reason I didn't use them is because I actually had a family friend, down on his luck, that needed work. If it weren't for that, I'd absolutely have gone with Allatoona. Their quote was literally almost half the price of what Coolray wanted. And, seriously, I could tell that they would have done just as good of a job. Allatoona seems like a good, wholesome, family business that has unbeatable prices and quick responsiveness.
