    We decided to use Allan & Rogers pretty much after the first phone call we made and spoke with Eileen. We had just had the run-around from another contractor who provided us with a quote that sounded better than it looked and in my gut, I just knew something was not right about that company. Then I made a call and Eileen and I just hit it off right immediately. One of the primary focuses of my personal job is to provide excellent customer service to our local citizens and visitors and when I spoke with Eileen, I could tell that she also knows the value on providing great services. She listened to what our needs are and brands we were looking for. She turned around a proposal in less than 12 hours and once we got it, we knew we were in good hands. Before our A/C was replaced, we went on vacation for a week and when we returned, our old A/C has lost the majority of the coolant. On a Friday evening, at 5:15pm, I made the call and Eileen had a service rep come out and re-charge our coolant. They were so great that they didn't even charge us for that re-fill, which is amazing. The following week, the install crew showed up on the scheduled day at the scheduled time and in less than five hours, our new A/C was installed. We cannot say enough about the courtesy and professionalism of everyone at Allan & Rogers. We are extremely happy with the unit we have installed; it has given us a lot of peace of mind, and for that, we are truly grateful. I would certainly recommend Allan & Rogers to anyone who needed their A/C serviced or are looking for a complete A/C replacement. We will be hiring them in the cooler months to replace all of our duct work next! Way to go!

    On 9/13 I had them come out and check my mini split that was not blowing cold. The service man checked the system and said it was leaking at flare fittings. He said he tried to tighten them but could not get them any tighter with his small adjustable wrench & pliers. He would have to order the seals for it at the cost of $350 to 375 plus another $95 service call. At almost the cost of the unit new I decided to not service it and remove the unit. A couple days later I was taking the unit out and when I put the wrenches on the flare fittings to remove the came apart with 2 fingers. There was no torque on the fittings. How could they be tight with him and so loose when I tried to remove them? To make this short I tightened the fittings with wrenches that fit the flares. I called another company to vacuum the system and recharge it. It has been a week now with my air blowing ice cold. I will not use or recommend them! Yes, I was next to mechanic and offered him proper wrenches that is when he said it is as tight as he could get it. It's not cheap Chinese, it's a Daikin. Mechanic said it needed flare seals , never mentioned cutting and replacing flares. As for contacting me, mechanic had no problem reaching me to say he was 30 to 40 minutes away. I have an answering machine that is always on and working. I checked my call log and there is nothing from your office . If you truly want to resolve this and have review removed call me , my home number is on the receipt for service and I gave it to receptionist when I made appointment. Thank you.

    I am very sorry you were not satisfied with our service. I would have been more than happy to refund the $95 than have a unhappy customer. The flare fittings were tightened as much as possible, you were next to my mechanic as a witness. Unfortunately these Chinese internet do it yourself mini splits have this problem. Google it and you will see pages of faulty flare connections from these manufactures. I will say the best thing to do is cut them off, reflare, and replace with proper flare fittings. I tried contacting you with options, but there was no answer or a way to leave a message. Please call my office to discuss further. Thank You.

    Allan & Rogers customer service is a 10+ Outside unit stopped working in the evening on a day with temps into the mid 90’s. I called left a message and Collin called me back in 4 minutes. Within an hour and a half he was at my home at the exact time he said he would be. Excellent punctuality! Capacitor was bad he replaced it with a quality warrantied part. I am up and running. Thank you guys sooo much! The on call services are on point.
