  Heating in Chicago in the wintertime is no joke. Over the past five years, I've had two very serious deficiencies uncovered in my 90+ year old apartment building by Kevin that made the difference between being able to provide heat all winter or shutting down the building. His thorough, professional approach to inspecting boilers and their associated systems has been invaluable. Reasonably priced, responsive and professional, the results speak for themselves.

  Very professional and polite. The installers were very clean, took all of their trash with them and covered my floor. The company is very busy but responsive and prompt. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

  Everyone is very professional, helpful & courteous. They are very knowledgeable and do a thorough job. Kevin went above & beyond in repairing my a/c system. It is 25 years old. He did extensive research to find the valve needed to replace the old one. The manufacturer did not make the exact size valve anymore. He was able to retro fit a slightly smaller one from the same company. He never gave up in finding a valve to fix my a/c system. You can trust All Weather Specialist, Inc. to do an excellent job at a fair price. This company operates in excellence & integrity. He also followed up with me to make sure it is working properly. I highly recommend this company. I will use them again in the future when needed.
