During a week-long snow event, our furnace starting randomly quitting on us. Having seen all the good online reviews, we called All Weather. The dispatcher was very professional and scheduled us in right away. The friendly technician arrived promptly and spent over an hour, diligently checking the system. The service was great and the cost was reasonable. We would definitely recommend them!

The guy that came out to service our fireplace and furnace was really knowledgable and friendly. I was able to take him around the house and ask all my questions about how to better heat/cool different spaces in the home. Not only that, but I had a follow-up question that night and left a voicemail with the on-call, after-hours number and received a callback in less than 5 minutes. Really helpful and responsive, I would highly recommend this business :)

As of end of March 2022: Short summary is it is almost 4 months at the moment, I paid fully but my AC is still not functioning. Detailed story: I made an appointment in Nov 2021 to get a quote for installing Mini-split and guys arrived on time explained everything and give me pretty competitive quote. So, on Dec 07, 2021, I made 50% deposit and explicitly asked about timelines because it was very important for me, I was told to expect my installation late December or early January. I did not get much communication and called a couple times late December 2021 and early January 2022 myself but was told that they are not sure when equipment will be available, so I was very disappointed because I really needed that AC, but I was like I will wait one more month and then get my money back and cancel everything if there will be no traction. Early February 2022 I got a call from Scott with explanation about shortages and that they had some issue with communication, and he was sorry, and told me that he will make sure everything will be on track with me. I was scheduled an appointment for Feb 23 for installation. Later it was rescheduled for Mar 9. On March 9 guys come out and installed AC, tested it, however there was an issue that they did not have suitable breaker. So, they promised me that same week or next week they will come out and install proper breaker and everything will be good. Scott charged me another 50% so it was full payment on March 9. Electrician scheduled the appointment on early morning on March 15, but nobody arrived without any notification. I was never able to reach electrician. BTW the electrician they contract has 2.5 stars rating on google. Someone contacted me after 3-4 days and scheduled another appointment for March 23 and then hour before an appointment I got text saying that vendor delivered wrong breaker so they will not be able to come out again. Really, they realized that they have wrong breaker hour before an appointment. Today is March 29 and I still don't have breaker installed, when I am calling electrician or all weather heating, I am not getting any response.... I will recommend to explicitly write down the dates in the contract and do not pay in full before you will have entire installation completed.

Taras, we apologize that this project has not gone as smoothly as we both anticipated; equipment backorders, road closures due to flooding, and simple miscommunication have unfortunately given you a poor taste of the high quality of service that All Weather is generally known for. We appreciate your candid feedback and acknowledge there are some things that we could have done differently that would have perhaps made you feel better despite the delay. We are currently working to address those issues both internally and with our subcontractor and will keep you informed along the way until your project is complete and the system fully operational.
