  Called to inquire about getting a mini split system installed. The woman took my details and said that i would receive a call from the owner to schedule a time for him to come out and give a quote. I am still waiting for that call and it has been over a week. Update: Changed rating from 1 to 3 stars. I have been contacted by the office and scheduled a home visit. They were responsive and reached out to me quickly after my initial review. There are numerous HVAC companies in this area that I could turn to but I decided to give this company another try after a rocky start. Update #2: Changing rating from 3 stars to 4 stars based on cost and quality of work. The techs (2) left a little while ago after installing a mini-split unit in my garage. I did have to wait a month for the unit to arrive and to be scheduled which was unfortunate and they did arrive slightly after the 8-830 arrival window. It took the two techs a little over 3 hours to complete the job. Everything looks nice and clean, and more importantly, everything is working well so far.

  All-Spec is a great company, with super fast service and always on time. Sam and his team helped us get our new heating and air conditioning system spec'd out, ordered and installed. His team was on-time, professional, cleaned up after themselves and finished as stated. I would highly recommend All-Spec for all your heating and cooling needs.

  All-Spec was recommended from a friend who just had his oil furnace worked on, (annual service). He described everything they did. So we also have an oil furnace and not everyone works on those units. The technician who came out was on time, super nice guy, thorough and I'm confident everything was done right and we're ready for this heating season. They definitely have my business!
