Heater blower went out. They sent someone out to diagnose and try to get blower operating. $120 for diagnosis. That part was good. Tech was good and gave an honest effort for about an hour. I was more than happy to pay that. The blower install the next day was ugly from a different tech. They quoted one price and when the installer tech arrived, he told me it would be another $200 over the $700+ they had estimated. I had to call the estimator to get half of that money back. The installer cut a wire that could have just been easily disconnected from interlock switch and joined it back up with a wire nut. Additionally he failed to connect ground from motor to frame, just let it flopping around. I had to fix that myself. It was an easy 5 minute job, but again, a frustrating lack of attention to detail and doing things really quickly instead of taking a few extra minutes to do them well especially considering how much labor they quoted for me. I agreed to their outrageous price because I wanted heat but they charged $400-500 labor for a 1.5 hour install and then proceeded to do a slipshod rushed job. If they connected things up correctly and not cut wire unnecessarily (or fixed it correctly) they would have gotten another star. If they would have called me to explain the motor price situation instead of making me call them, another star. They are definitely not irredeemably bad. They seem to know what they are doing, but just failed to execute well on this one. When I asked about fixing the wire he mistakenly cut, he said he could do it, but he'd have to charge me more. I did that myself too. It took me about 15 minutes. For an extra 20 minutes effort and a quick call from the guy who blew the estimate, this could have been a very decent review and I'd be convincing you to use these folks. They did respond quickly and fix the problem. I wouldn't have bothered even complaining in a review because I have heat and better things to do with my time, but they asked for a review three times, so ok then, here is your review.

Hi John, Thank you for your honest feedback. We are sorry our 3 attempts for your thoughts was so bothersome, but this is why we do it. As a family owned local business, it helps us grow and train our employees to make sure everything is done correctly, and customers are satisfied. We appreciate you!

Short Version: Very poor customer service. All-Seasons HVAC does NOT stand behind their work. Installed my furnace incorrectly. Lengthy Version: I had a home built by TK Constructors in 2021, at which time they contracted out the HVAC to All-Seasons. After noticing that my propane gas furnace was using a very large amount of propane, and constantly cycling on I contacted both my gas company (County Gas) and All-Seasons. County Gas checked for leaks outside on the tank and from the tank to the outdoor regulator. No leaks found. I contacted All-Seasons and spoke with their service manager Brody Doane. I explained the situation and received the response “Yeah, ok, what do you want me to do about it exactly?”. A little surprised at the borderline rude response I then asked if there were any chance that there could be a “setting, valve or switch” not installed correctly that could be causing this issue. I was grasping at straws but knew something wasn’t right. The response was “No, it wouldn’t be anything like that. It would’ve been checked out after it was installed.” Brody couldn’t have acted more uninterested if he had tried. So I decided to have a second and third opinion. Commercial Service came out for a leak test and thorough inspection of the home but nothing was found but noted something couldn’t be right due to the amount of gas being consumed in such a mild couple months in an average sized home. The 3rd technician is a friend who spotted the issue almost immediately once inside. He said “How much you wanna bet that 7-11 water column regulator isn’t set correctly?” (see attached pictures) Sure enough, my furnace system requires 11 water column to run efficiently and it was getting 7.57. He explained my furnace was working its butt off non-stop trying to keep up but it just couldn’t due the fact it wasn’t getting enough gas and instead was running constantly wasting gas trying to get to temp. It also then made sense to me why the air blowing out of the vents was almost cool (like a heat pumps would be) instead of warm. All I asked for was a partial reimbursement of 1 tank fill up, as obviously I would’ve used some gas no matter what. I was told no. I was told they don’t provide any reimbursement for equipment malfunction that results in the use of more gas. That’s perfectly fine, it wasn’t a malfunction, it was an incorrect installation. They choose to not make it right so that’s on them but I would never use them in any capacity if they can’t admit a error and try to do the right thing, but that’s how it works these days.

Hi Nick, We wish this situation would have been handled differently. Unfortunately, as your review states, even another reputable business in our area couldn’t find a problem, then you had a friend diagnose the issue you stated you had. We cannot guarantee work that is done by others and cannot go by what an individual states they did service wise to your equipment. We apologize Brody did not handle your calls in a friendly manner and have had a change in management effective immediately, as of today! We do care about our customers and take it serious to make sure they know. Thankfully, your system is still under full warranty and we are more than happy to check your furnace if needed, as we let you know via email on February 17th. We do not and cannot reimburse or cover utility costs for customers due to faulty equipment. We did not manufacture the equipment, we only install and service.

I needed an A/C system put in an older home. I had 5 different contractors come out and look at it and only 2 offered estimates. 1 was All Seasons and their estimate was half as much as the other guy. They got the job and did excellent work. Also, recently I had an issue with the heatpump on another home.Their tech came out the day I called and it was the coldest day of the year and he fixed it. It's hard to find contractors these days who don't try to rip you off and will complete a job but All Seasons is the best I've found. No need to look anywhere else.
