  The tech was amazing, couldn't fix the problem same day but gave me the rundown why. They ordered my part at a great price and installed at a fair price. This is my 3rd time dealing with them and will continue using them going forward.

  Called for service because my AC unit stopped working on Saturday after a power outage. We set it up for 8-18-20. They never showed, never bothered to call to tell me they were running behind. I called them and was told that they were still coming. That was about 2:30pm. It's near 6pm right now and I never heard from them and they never showed. I'm going to go with their nearest competitor. It's obvious that this place doesn't know the meaning of the word customer service. They lost a potential customer today.

  AVOID at all costs! Don't learn this mistake the hard way! They are unprofessional and take full advantage of customers. They do not know what they are doing, lie, and over charge you 10 fold without fixing any issues. What a hot mess!
