  Called Joe this afternoon, because my a/c was hardly blowing out any air, and the air coming out of the vents was warm. Joe answered the phone immediately and asked me several questions to narrow down the possibilities of what might be wrong. He told me he was on a call but would be here before 5:00. He showed up before 4:00 and immediately pinpointed the problem. He installed a new capacitor and gave me some very good advice on maintaining my aging a/c. This was the first time calling Joe, and I would not hesitate to call him again. I already gave his name and number to my sister, because she is having trouble with her a/c. If you want someone who is personable, honest, prompt and affordable, call Joe!

  I recently got an AC unit installed and was having issues with the company that installed it. I called Joe to get a second opinion and he walked me through the process I needed to make sure the AC worked and we were getting the help we needed from the company that installed the unit. He took the time to explain everything and gave me really good resources to help. I am not one of his customers yet he took his time to help me and saved my number and let me know I could contact him if I needed anymore help. Truly an amazing guy and I would recommend him and his company to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable AC repair company.
