  I first wanna start by apologizing for taking so long to leave this review.. i've had my hands more than full with all the drama going on in my life right now.. it's been so long that your name may have slipped my mind.. greg is the name attached to our email conversations, but if your name isn't greg please don't let whoever greg is take the credit!! anyways, i had called them in a panic with only pictures of my old apartment. my landlord was trying to tell me that it wasn't mold in the bathroom, but i ended up having a serious allergic reaction to the mold. so i had pushed her to get an inspector and she sent pictures to him and he said it wasn't. come to find out this guy barely has a college degree and isn't backed by anyone. so i did my own digging and stumbled across these guys. Greg picked up the phone, and in a panic i explained the situation. he asked me to send him the pictures i had, while doing his best to help calm me down. he told me it is very difficult to assess mold from a picture but he'd do his best, and he stayed on the phone with me the entire time he was assessing them. he ended up confirming with me that it was without a doubt mold and i have never felt more relieved. the fact that Greg talked to me on the phone during the entire process is what really sells it for me. i felt cared for and empathized with, it felt like i was calling up an old friend! which is something you really don't get a lot of nowadays. i honestly wish i could have paid them to remediate the mold, or even just to have that conversation with him, because i would have. technically, no i haven't done business with them, but i know they're good guys. family owned, family loved, family trusted. if you're ever questioning whether something is mold, or need remediation, etc. please reach out to all clean environmental, they'll have your back! thank you again Greg - Jacob

  We had a water pipe rupture in our home which caused water to leak for several days into the lower level of our home without us knowing. I called All Clean and explained the situation. Greg was at my home within an hour and accessed the situation. He thoroughly explained the process and had me fill out some paperwork. All Clean worked directly with my insurance company and I never even had to worry about the bill or haggling about cost.

  We called four companies for estimates to clean, gutters, soffits, siding and roofs on the house and two large outbuilding. One never even showed up. ...... We received estimates from all three in a timely and professional manner. All three were very easy to talk to, but Greg stood out. When he arrived to do the job we asked him to add some things we had not discussed. He explained the additional cost would be priced by time and material and we agreed. My wife and I left to run some errands and have lunch. Upon our return about five hours later Greg was just finishing and said he wanted to point something out to me. When he was power washing the roof of the house he noticed a problem with the roofing. The roofing at the end of our ridge vent had deteriorated and was coming off and there was a place for water to enter the roof. He asked if I had the materials to repair it. I just so happened to have everything he needed. So he went back up on the roof and repaired the deteriorated shingles. The end result was, we were VERY happy with the work performed and the price. It was a pleasure working with Greg and we would hire him again in a heartbeat!
