  When everyone else said they couldn’t get out to look at my furnace for 2-3 days, they were there that afternoon. Much appreciated, will be calling them first next time.

  Jim and his team were great. I called him on Monday and he installed my AC unit on Tuesday. His quote was right in the middle of my expectations and significantly better than another quote I received. He was referred to me by a member of my church and was very pleased with choosing his firm!! I hope that I don't ever need to rehire him as my furnace is only 2 years old but will not hesitate in case the situation arises :)
