  They sent a service person out for a diagnostic to an outside unit and found the problem but didn’t have the item to fix it but did a temporary fix. Was told he could get the item and come back in fix it properly and there will not be a additional charge except the cost of the part. Now the manager says we have to pay another 101.00 for him to come back out plus labor but if he had the proper items in stock on his initial visit the unit would have been fixed that day with no additional cost of 101.00….🤬

  I am sorry you were unhappy with your services. I would like to clarify what was said to a Mr. Willie Whitted. The call that we went on was after hours so the supply houses were closed. We told Mr. Whitted we could give him temporary heat and come back the next day to replace the part. He was told that there would NOT be another service charge, only the cost for parts and labor. It is virtually impossible for an AC company to have all parts for all units. Some parts do have to be ordered especially when the unit is so old. We apologize if you misunderstood what was said about the payment but we would never charge a second service fee after you already paid for one.

  You must call All American Heating & Air for an estimate before you replace or repair you AC HVAC unit. You will not be disappointed. Must call!!
