Jose was hours late due to vehicle problems which I understand but was terrible about updating me until 8pm when he said he was an hour away. After he showed up he tried to charge $200 to spray a $15 can of coil/condenser cleaner but I told him repeatedly I could do that myself(he didn’t seem too happy with that), then he told me my entire ac system needed replaced and he was going to tell my insurance that. He told them I was missing parts instead, and I had to pay someone else to come out and prove to my insurance nothing was missing. Thanks a lot All American.
