  If everything in my life could go as easily and wonderful as my interaction with All About Air, I would probably be one of the happiest people alive! I had a problem with my AC and the company was able to send a technician over within 4 hours of my call. Michael was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and backed it up with photographs. Unfortunately we needed to have our system replaced. But Michael and Brandon really were just amazing. They called to make sure all of our questions were answered and to provide us with any further information we might have needed. The office staff also were great verifying date and times of appts. They showed up as stated. They installed the new unit in a day, made sure it worked well, made sure we knew how to work it & cleaned up after themselves nicely. I really can't say enough about the wonderful experience. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs

  Chris Allison diagnosed our ac unit’s issue, then ordered and installed a new fan motor. But he went above and beyond by realizing that a different housing part that was out of balance had started the problem originally and caused the breakdown. He accurately postponed the repair until the additional housing part was ordered and installed. Thank you, Chris, for your persistence in completing the job with excellence! Coming home after work to an air conditioned house was awesome!

  I was beyond disappointed with the lack of knowledge from the tech and the lack of professionalism of this company. I called because there was clearly an issue with my air quality. The tech (Chris) assured me it was due to sealing issues and charged me nearly 400 dollars to seal my ventilation system off. Then he tried to sell me a 1400 dollar air filtration system. When I called a week later, because the air was still not breathable they said they'd come back and check things out. The same tech then stated we needed new air ducts. I asked for a quote..He said the office would give me one in a couple days. 5 days later I called back.. they apologize and let me know they would call me that same day with a quote. They never did. I called back 2 days after that. Then they tell me they still cannot give me a quote because now their computers are down. Then they finally gave me a quote that evening, VIA email after promising they would call. 8000 dollars. But there was no way I was about to hire them for another job. I called another company for a second opinion and they knew we did not need new ducts. We had a quite sizable gas leak coming from our furnace. So glad we lived to tell the story. My baby and my daughters were waking up in the middle of the night with nose bleeds and gasping for air. We deserve a refund and an apology.
