  Doug at Alford Air is the most honest and sincere business owner that I have ever dealt with. He precisely troubleshoots and because of his knowledge and experience can tell you about the parts, their availability and how long it will take to turn-key the repair or install. He has always been fair with his prices and answers our calls immediately. He's a great family man and cares about his community as well. I will continue to call Alford Air for all my HVAC needs.

  Our AC broke on a Thursday. By Friday morning, Doug had come over and assessed the situation. He had repaired our AC several times before, but this time we needed to replace the whole thing. Monday morning at 9 am, he and his crew showed up, and by Monday afternoon, our house was nice and cool. I was so grateful that there wasn't a long wait or delay. Doug is always very reliable, responsive, and professional. I can recommend him 100%.

  Installed new gas heating . Very professional, on time and cleaned up when all installed. Went over the system with me to insure the proper operation was understood. Called to follow up all was working to my satifation. Great business I would recommend. Give it a 5 star.
