  We called Alex HVAC Service to install our new unit 6 years ago. Since then we have had Jeff come and do the regular maintenance every time and he is just a pleasure to deal with. He is professional, courteous and explains everything that needs to be done and why. He takes the time to answer any questions we may have and to understand what options we may have available to us. The office staff is a delight as well. Ask for Jeff - you won't be disappointed!!

  Just had Alex HVAC Service come out to do a little fine tuning on our new HVAC system. Did a great job and endured my endless queries on how things worked. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Was a pleasure working with them and appreciate their attention to detail and thoroughness.

  Alex HVAC Service is an excellent company. Our furnace wouldn't stay on, and we were really stuck! Not only did they squeeze us into their schedule, they arrived less than two hours later. They were extremely accommodating with our COVID concerns and then prorated us the rate as it was a quick fix. Great service and fair pricing! I strongly recommend them without any reservation.
