  This place is so unreliable its gotta be a joke. Had Kelly come by about 2 months ago talked about figuring some things out and arainging for it to be done. Earlier last month he came back and took a look for about 10 mins and said he would call to arainge when to come. Like a week or so later I wake up to 3 missed calls from about 730 am( I woke up at 830) called him back. He said he would be here Friday this was a Monday or Tuesday. No call no show Friday. I wake up this morning the following Tuesday after he missed Friday to 3 more missed called from 735 736 and 740something am. I called him back told him I got 3 missed calls from him b4 8 am. He snaps I called u last night as well...no he didn't I triple checked my call log...nope. Nothing from last night, nothing since last time I talked to him, he asks about coming out tomorrow. I tell him that's fine, I ask him why he didn't come or call on Friday when he had said he would be here. He tells me he had something come up. (Really could call and say that?) Waited all day for him made sure my dog was at the sitters. So ill update this if he don't show tomorrow, but as of right now I don't recommend this guy for anything other than lieing and tring to wake someone up at 730am with repeat calls. Just to not show up anyways. UPDATE they did come. They don't communicate with us at all. Randomly around 11 or 12 they were just gone. No simple hey going to lunch or anything just gone. Come back like an hour later and keep,working. And boom they did it again. Left except this time for the day and never told us they were done or when they were coming back to finish. Waited hours b4 bringing our dog home from the sitters to be safe. It was dark when we came back I let my dog out the back door into the fenced in yard and next thing I know my dog is at the front door wanting in....could of been a disaster, they opened our fence the wrong way easily could have broken it and it was stuck open to the point I couldn't get it to close. Didn't bother to tell me or anything. Still unsure if the fence needs repair or anything will know that once my bf gets home from work. He did manage to get it closed tho thank goodness. To treat peoples property like that is unprofessional to say the least. I will never again have this place come do work. Ill find just about anyone else. Oh and I gave 2 stars not 1 because from what I can tell the work itself is ok.
