Doug Bower was awesome but when he sold the business to Tony the first time we used Tony he was great. Now he won't return phone calls even on the emergency number after 1 week. This business has gone down the toilet, literally. We found a better and reliable plumber and I would not recommend anyone calling Albion Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Plumber never returned our calls. Had to call someone else farther away who was very prompt and quite reasonable.

Did OK on the first drain clean job. Tried to contract for a second job and never called when they said they would and then after I had to call numerous times - they scheduled an appointment and then never showed or bothered to call for the appointment. Did not return phone calls that day or for the next three days. Very unreliable. Would look elsewhere.
