I want to send a big thank you to the service men that come to my house both Thursday and Friday. Both days they arrived on time. Friday I was late returning from a clients house and they were waiting for me when I arrived. The patience as my dogs barked nearly the whole time was beyond appreciated! I had a question about service renewal and Eric was extremely polite, patient, understanding and took his time explaining. I am always so impressed with their patience and friendly service I have many years of customer service experience and I can tell you both men have always gone above and beyond! When asked, I always recommend Albers.

We live in a 32 year old, three story home nested on the Bouge Falaya in Covington. Our home has an open floor plan, and half the living area has ceilings 22 high. It was a difficult space to heat, cool, and ventilate.. The HVAC systems were original when we bought the property, were highly inefficient, and didn’t heat nor cool the house uniformly. As an engineer, I knew we had inherited a poor HVAC design from another era and needed a good partner to rebuild our HVAC systems from the ground up. We interviewed several capable contractors to assess our needs and design a new HVAC system for us. Alber’s Air Conditioning stood head and shoulders over the competition. Unlike the competition, who immediately shot from the hip, proposing to us what we should do, Albers came to our home several times to conduct site surveys with measuring equipment. Like engineers should, Albers assessed our environment thoroughly. From the needs assessment Albers delivered a engineered design optimized for our unique home environment. Along with the design, they delivered a bill of materials and a scope of work, complete with pricing. We were impressed with their analysis, the proposal, and hired Alber’s to do the project. In short, Alber’s Air Conditioning rebuilt our entire HVAC system, including all venting in our attics, delivered an impressive, highly efficient, Daiken Fit solution, complete with an air scrubber and humidifier in half the time allotted – they beat our expectations. This company is over 30 years old and we found them to be well seasoned. Their staff was friendly, professional, and left our home each day cleaner than they found it. The owners were directly involved and oversaw all aspects of our project. We liked Albers Air Conditioning because they were friendly, easy to work with, very professional, and I highly recommend them for anyone needing a new HVAC system or quality service on their existing ones.
