  I started to have a water leak on my HVAC and contacted homeowner warranty company late afternoon and I got for second time Alaska Service Co.and they called around 7:30pm but I missed the call so I called back in the morning and same day we scheduled a visit between 1-3pm which usually doesn’t happens- The technician was Khan! Same that I had before. He was great and told me why it was leaking and fixed right away and gave some tips and recommendations so it doesn’t leak again. What an excellent service! After he fixed the A/C stops leaking and was cooling more than before. I totally recommend Alaska Service Co.

  We had them come look at our AC because it was 80 degrees in our brand new home and the employee said their was nothing wrong with the AC, but recommended we clean our coils, and then we were charged his fee. Fair enough. We did what he said, and 48 hours go by and nothing changes, so we call them back to look at it again and they scheduled an appointment. No one ever came back so we called to see what happened and the C0-OWNER said they cancelled it without telling us because apparently they don't even work on the A/C type we have. The lady yelled at me over the phone saying they would do absolutely nothing even after they made us go a week without A/C and gave us recommendations on our A/C when they don't even work on that type of unit. This company is out to collect service fees and then do nothing. -Gave us recommendations on a product they do not know how to work on -Cancelled our appointment without telling us -Yelled at us over the phone

  I cannot praise the folks at Alaska Service company any more highly, they are awesome. They were able to fix my issue in one visit, the same day that I called them, and were professional all the way. Khan diagnosed the issue and made the repair quickly and did a great job, he was very helpful, patient, and super knowledgeable. I will absolutely have them out on a regular basis for any maintenance and needed repairs.
