  Added refridgerant to our system scheduled a return visit to test for leak. Called the day before the appointment and said it would be another 2 weeks before he could return. Not good business to schedule an appointment and then take other customers ahead of the appointments you already have scheduled. After the review, Alan called to let us know His wife was ill and thats why he couldn't come out for the appointment. He later called a second time to let us know he had subcontracted the work for a discounted rate 100 less than the original price. We already had someone coming by that time, but appreciate him taking the time to try to make it right.
