Please do not hire. And if your insurance company sends them to your house refuse them. Instead of a simple procedure they completely broke our AC and to top it off they’re not taking accountability. Worse company, currently looking at ways to sue them.

Outstanding service! Went way above and beyond our expectations! Our A/C would run intermittently. It blew cold when it ran, but would shut off for extended periods event though the thermostat was indicating that the system was on and cooling. Turned out to be a clogged main drain line that tripped a float switch, which in turn shut off the A/C until the line could drain sufficiently. Martin, the HVAC tech, was kind enough to take a video of the problem as he corrected it with compressed air, and then used the video to help us understand how to do preventative maintenance so it wouldn't happen again. Apparently clogged drain lines are a common problem in my area this time of year. Highly recommended! We will be using Alamo from now on for all our HVAC needs.

My suggestion: seek another HVAC company as this one will not back up its work. Didn't do the job properly in the 1st place and not backing it up now refuses to talk to me only cuz in the course of our conversation and fustraction I blurted out " I didn't understand s^!+". It's been 7 hrs since my confrontation with Raul from Alamo Ranch and I'm glad I called someone else as it turns out Alamo Ranch didn't install a safety float switch which is actually required especially because of the condo complex this installation took place in. Had this safety float switch been installed, we wouldn't have even had this situation. He also didn't install a bracket which we're fortunate the whole unit didn't collapse. I guess it was a blessing in disguise that I had to call someone else. Had this unit's malfunction due to improper installation caused more damage and affected the floors below us, we would be in sooooo much trouble. My suggestion call SR Mechanical or 1st Express.
