Filed a warranty claim with Choice Home Warranty and this is the company they used. I was given an appointment time of 3-8 pm but they never showed. I tried call but couldn’t leave a message. Choice Home Warranty called and they (Choice Home Warranty) were told by this company that I would be contacted. Glad I didn’t actually pay them. Seems like the reviews are true. Stay far away from this company. They do not seem to be professional at all.

Cortese and Jeffrey are CON ARTISTS! They signed up for our lead generation service and we sent them 4 quality customers. They then cancelled their credit card number and never paid us. They stole hundreds of dollars from us. DO NOT TRUST ALA ROOFING THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN! BEWARE! PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We hired this company to do a metal roof. They were inconsistent with communication. Showed up late on the first day and only stayed for a couple hours, my roof only has part of the framing done. They were supposed to come back and they never showed up again. Said it would take a week. I understand rain got in the way for a few days and they said they would call us Monday, never called. My husband finally got ahold of them and said we just want a refund because the inconsistency was ridiculous. Still haven’t received that money. They still have 3500 of our money and are now not returning calls/text. It has now been two weeks since my initial review. After I posted my husband received a text asking how he would like the refund. But yet here we are and no refund. I’m not sure what being behind on schedule would have to do with getting a refund to a customer. Also you would think if there were delays in service you would be in contact with your customer, not ignoring their calls/texts.
