We needed to replace our oil tank - and Al's did a fantastic job. They were quick to come out, take a look, and provide a reasonable estimate via email. They were out the following week and replaced it efficiently and did a quality job. They were on time for both visits, the team was courteous, and helpful in sharing information about the new tank, and how they installed it. We had a bit of trouble finding a company (many didn't answer phone, voicemail full, etc.) glad we found Al's! Thanks for the great service.

I have been a loyal customer since 2003. I have never had a problem. I am on automatic delivery and to date have never had a problem. They maintain my furnace and call me to setup an appointment for cleaning if I forget. A few years ago I had them replace my furnace. They did a great job. I highly recommend. Great company. Great staff.

I’ve been a customer for 6 years and never had to worry about oil. Their automatic deliveries and customer usage models were spot-on. Then my tank leaked only 11 days before closing on the sale of the home! Bad timing! It was a 54 year old tank (way too old!) Friday: leak discovered, called Al’s. Technician came over within hours, put a patch on it, and recommended we call the office Monday to do a replacement. Saturday: leak persisted past the temporary patch. I called for emergency service. Tech shows up within a couple of hours on an OFF-HOURS WEEKEND CALL and pumped it all out into barrels. They leave us a small vessel for the burner line so we can take hot showers. Monday: I call the office in the morning. They know the urgency of my closing date and tell me they will be over at noon to replace the tank. They charge me a decent regular price for tank replacement. I pay it immediately. They tell me not to pay for the other visits yet, as they can combine some of that work with tank replacement. They tell me to call the office. I wait for the bill. 3 weeks later: Home sale has closed and I get a bill for roughly 500 for the emergency work I didn’t pay for yet. I call the office to ask if they would be ok with reducing it (in my mind, they deserved every penny). THEY WIPED ALL OF THE CHARGES from my account and saved me $500! I have to assume it’s because they stick to all of their promises, go above and beyond, and it’s just what they do! No additional charge for that, just fair and decent prices. Al’s pulled my tail from the fire. I am a loyal customer now and for the foreseeable future.
