Worst customer service and price gauging experience. We had our furnace motor replaced by this company. The person who serviced our furnace was unprofessional and rude. We were also charged $500 for a part that we could by on amazon for a little over $200. Now we are stuck with a $800 bill that we are stuck with. A month later we had to completely replace our furnace and did not want to waste our time with this company so we called Smith Mechanical instead. They were honest, professional and reliable. Don't waste your time and money with this company. It was a nightmare.

Absolute worst company I’ve ever done business with. They installed a new furnace in my home in December of 2017. The tech who did the install told me that he’d be back out to “install a filter access door in a week”. After about a month of not hearing anything, I started calling to try to get someone out to finish the job but was never able to get a call back. Each time I’d call and I’d get some round about response from Bob and other employees telling me they needed to look into the details and they’d give me a call back. This went on for an entire year, I probably called upwards of 40 times and never received one phone call back! Eventually I began to call everyday and then twice a day, asking to speak to the owner. After about three weeks of multiple calls a day, I finally got through to the owner (Jeff). He was nice, helpful and seemed to want to help mend this over a year long ordeal. I proceeded to send him pictures and descriptions and he would respond with more questions. Eventually we came to a plan and agreement and I was supposed to receive a call back from him. It’s been about three weeks of me waiting on his call. I’m at the point now where 15 months is enough and I’m completely done with this company. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Please, don’t waste your time and money you’ll save yourself a huge headache.

Jeff the owner helped me when I thought there was no hope. I went over 4 months without heat and thankfully “Hydromechanical” didn’t treat me like just a paycheck but like a human being! I’ll recommend them everyday to everyone. Local owned business that cares about Whatcom County residents. They have my business for life.
