Taylor came to check and see why the upstairs heat wasn't working.  He discovered that the auxiliary heat had not been wired into the upstairs system and took care of that. Additionally,  he checked the downstairs system and it had the same issue, so he corrected that as well. He explained how the system works and also adjusted the room registers for max efficiency.  He was thorough,  friendly and professional.  5 stars, for sure!

We have used Air Systems for nine years and are very pleased with the service. They come every six months to perform routine maintenance on our HVAC system. The entire organization from the office staff to the service technicians are top notch.

Taylor was the technician who performed a check and cleaning of our natural gas fireplace.  He was professional and courteous.  He was cautious to not track anything on our floor as he walked through the front door.  He went right to work checking our fireplace, including the pilot, the condition of the flames, and the condition of the logs.  He vacuumed dust and any debris that might have been in the fireplace.  Afterwards, he reported on the what he found (all was good) and the condition of the system, then offered to answer any questions I had.  It was a great visit which took less than one hour.  I will be using AirSystems again in the future.
