I love AirNow! They have the nicest most professional people I’ve ever seen. The gentleman was very polite, on time and very professional. As he was serving my air conditioner, he found that the compressor was not working properly and replaced it. I’m so glad that my problem was resolved before the summer because it gets extremely hot here in Montgomery, Alabama. I would recommend this company to anyone because they are reasonable, understanding, and they will work with you and find the best possible solution for you. The service man was superb! AC was not cooling (middle of February at 77 degrees). Called AirNow, they were there within the hour. Checked my system out, found the problem,  fixed it and was gone in 30 minutes.
Great service, intelligent technicians and always very friendly with a smile on their face.

The staff at Air Now is very friendly.  Mr. Daniel is very knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain everything about the unit he sells. He's amazing at listening to his customers need and helping them to get the most for their money.
Kevin, Dylan and Seth arrived on time and began work immediately. They don't make a mess and the clean up is easily. They are an awesome team and I would recommend purchasing a unit from Air Now. Way to go team!!!

We scheduled our biannual AC/Heating unit inspection for Nov. 3rd. Jeremy, one of AirNow's fantastic technicians, called to say he was running early(!) and was it OK for him to come on to our house. It was and he arrived about 10 minutes or so after calling. He introduced himself and began the inspection. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Our unit was in good shape which is always good to know. He informed me of some optional services AirNow was offering and finished the visit. I trust AirNow and appreciate the great customer service.
