  My fiancé and I purchased our home in the summer of 2021. It was built in 2001 and the HVAC was original, so it wasn’t too much of a surprise when our heating became inconsistent and often wouldn’t heat up to the temperature set on the thermostat once the weather got very cold. Luckily, we had a 1 year home warranty, and the warranty company enlisted Airforce to come out and take a look. Roberto was very professional and explained the issues so that it was easy to understand. He mentioned that the issues could be repaired, but due to the age of the equipment it would be more cost effective to replace instead, and that he would work with the warranty company on our behalf to make sure they agreed replacement was the best move. After the units were replaced, there was an issue with our smart thermostat not communicating with the new system, so Roberto installed a new thermostat temporarily so that we would have control over the heat. Several days later, he returned to install a new smart thermostat matching our old one at no additional cost. I was very pleased with the entire process, and there was plenty of communication throughout. I highly recommend using Airforce.

  Roberto did not disappoint. He arrived sooner than promised and resolved my issue same day. Luckily, mine was not anything major that needed to be ordered out for parts, but he added some refrigerant to the compressor and changed the range for aux heat to come on at 2 degrees instead of 3 degrees and so far so good. My heat pump was not working at all unless I switched it to EMERGENCY heat. That is NOT how I wanted to heat my house, very expensive. Roberto was very polite, clean, and professional. I would recommended him.

  I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Roberto and Airforce Heating & Cooling. He was dispatched to my house by Choice Home Warranty, and from beginning to end, he handled everything professionally: calling ahead to see if I was available, introducing himself and asking about the issues I was having, talking through exactly what he would be doing and looking for, inviting me to "tag along" as he inspected the different components, explaining the claims process with Choice Home Warranty for replacement of the heating system--including usual timeline and "hidden" costs from the warranty company, etc. Airforce Heating & Cooling has earned my business outside of the home warranty process!
