  Our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. After checking to make sure it wasn’t an electrical problem, we called Air Flow to come check the HVAC unit. They were very busy but worked us into their schedule and the next day Shannon came and fixed our heat pump. He was professional, friendly, and did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem in a timely manner. We highly recommend Air Flow for your HVAC needs.

  Airflow Systems is ‘top of the line’. We have been customers for years and are always impressed by the quality of their work. They have a team of excellent professionals who understand the needs of their customers. They are prompt in responding to service calls, are courteous when coming to the house and always find an expert solution to any problem. I recommend them highly, be it for a new air conditioning system or any type of service work.

  WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Worked with Airflow to service our Mitsubishi mini splits. They had come out and serviced our units in the past. We had to call several times to get an appointment. Then when we had an in home appointment, the tech was there for 15 minutes and told us we had to make ANOTHER appointment. Which we did. They stood us up for that appointment and when they scheduled a second one, they DID NOT SHOW for that one as well. Finally, we gave up and scheduled with Monticello Air LLC - who came our provided excellent service. When they did - they noticed and told us that the last time the Airflow tech had been out to our place, he had re-installed the fins of our mini splits UPSIDE DOWN after he serviced the machine. To add insult to injury, Airflow has continued to hound us for $100 for the 15 min appointment that they did make.
