  I have been going to Arlington Aireco for over 10 years. Except Ray at the counter who is super efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and 2 new guys all others at the counter are rude and unfriendly. Their customer service level is almost 0. One is hesitant to approach them and they simply don't care. But Aireco staff at Alexandria VA are real great. They really try to help.

  Needed a capacitor for my HVAC compressor. Store opened promptly at 6:30am, had a good selection of parts, including one that suited my needs. Friendly, helpful service. Good prices, for just $12, had my system up and running in minutes.

  Had Alex attempt to help me after ignoring me for 5 minutes . After asking if they carried nail plates he told me no and answered the ignoring me again. Some of the worst customer service. I am a hvac contractor with 15 years experience and will not come back to this airco.
