  Visited Jan 7 2019 at 4:15. I was met by a person who's first question was "Are you a contractor?". Not even "Hello", or "How can I help you?", as one would expect. Once he knew I was not a contractor, he would not even consider speaking to me. I couldn't even ask advice on where to go. This man needs considerable customer service training. If I were his manager, I would immediately send him to remediation training or dismiss him after I saw the way he treated me. In contrast, Mayer electric next door was extremely friendly and helpful, even though they didn't have what I needed.

  I would say that 90%of the time, they have what you need in stock. IF NOT they will get what you need A.S.A.P.!
