My technician was Austin. Did a great job replaced my outside unit fan motor. Also rewired my defrost panel that had been wrong for years. He was honestly one of the most professional person that l have met in a long time. I would highly recommend that you use this company.

Gary Williams was our technician. We contacted Aire Solutions yesterday to see if someone could come out, and we were seen the next day. Air Solutions texted us to confirm our appointment, and even sent a message when Gary was on his way. The expected time to be serviced was between 10am-12pm and he was here at 10:05am. He was very fast and efficient with his diagnosis of our system. We will definitely keep using Aire Solutions in the future.

Our serviceman Tom was extremely professional and skilled. He worked with us to ensure we had a permanent solution to our problem. We were lucky to have him work on our heater.

My technician was Terry Douglas. He does an exceptional job. I have Mitsubishi mini split‘s and they require a knowledgeable technician who knows these mini splits systems. He does a great job, and is very tidy. I would give you 10 stars Terri if it was an option. Aire solutions has done a quite a bit of work for me, and each time I was totally satisfied.

Matthew (sales) and Eric (installer) deserve high praise for how they represented Air Solutions for my geo thermal hvac and backup generator install.

Matthew made the process of getting the right solution very easy as well as informative and he went the extra mile to make sure our well pump could do the job and helped me weigh out the pros and cons of what units I ended up choosing.

Eric and helpers showed up on time and had everything covered to make a smooth install, but I especially appreciated how he would ask pertinent questions at the right time so as to not have any surprises later. The system works flawlessly, and I particularly enjoy the new thermostat that automates the process of switching between heat and cool based upon the settings, which can also be controlled from the app. The backup generator does a test run every Saturday like clockwork. I have great confidence in their process and their product working to provide continuous service 24/7 now and into the future. Eric is worth every penny you pay him if not much more.

These guys were beyond professional and very quick to do the job. Due to certain circumstances, it did take two days in 2 separate weeks, but they was upfront about everything and returned when they said. I had my female dog out and everytime she got out the back door they would kindly let her back in with a smile. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and super PROFESSIONAL. Highly recommend them to anyone and glad I read the reviews on them and did business. Greg was awesome to talk to and the other staff members.

Love the fact Gary was prompt and was very knowledgeable about what happened to my unit fixed it promptly and charged the service fee . I now have heat in the mist of a cold season again .. this company is well worth the service they provide that’s why I call on the solution! Aire Solutions !
