The service techs were right on time, they were professional and were able to diagnose our problem! They wore masks and foot coverings and were very respectful to me and my wife! In addition, the owner returned our phone call promptly and was very responsive in understanding our issues. I would highly recommend Aireserve for all Heating & Cooling needs!

Aire Serv of Wooster was my initial installer of my heating and cooling system in 2004, and their services have been very satisfactory and timely to this date. I would VERY LIKELY recommend them to any one in the future. I recently contracted with them for my annual service needs for my whole house generator--the primary service for this past service call. The furnace fan system was also checked on this call, w/o charge, due to its intermittent operation of high speed service when in the "on" thermostat setting.

Melissa and Alex were awesome!! They went above and beyond to make sure that my furnace was repaired on a Friday, during a snow storm. Alex even drove to pick up a part in Akron, when most suppliers were closed due to weather. Thank you all so much !! A+++
