We woke up to no heat around midnight in our home.
I called and left a message for the dispatcher after hours. Even before 8:00AM when they opened I received a call back from their main office and dispatcher; she told me that due to it being 2 degrees outside and an emergency to get heat back on in our home they would immediately send out a technician.
This Angel ( technician) was Jesse!  Professional, clean cut, polite and perfect!  He got our heat on and my family safe again within the hour.  Outstanding service!  And fair on price!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone.  The dispatcher was spot on and very polite and on task also.  She totally understood our stressful situation.  I thank them very much!  Excellent family owned business! AirServ HVAC Company.

John & company at Air Serv were great. They came highly recommended, and they were able to replace my evaporator coil within 48 hours of my old coil going bad. The tech was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for responsive and quality service. And, I will definitely call them again for service/support in the future.

Jessie came out in the morning and repaired our heater.  He also did routine maintenance on our heating system while here.  He was very professional and moved quickly and efficiently. The owner was great when he installed our new system 2 years ago. Great pricing, professional work, and a very nice guy! Our AC quit working today and he came out as soon as could to check it out. Late last night my HVAC air handler started making an odd grinding noise so after a bit of googling I had a feeling it might have been the blower fan motor. Aire Serv was available 24 hours so I gave them a call. John answered at 11:30pm and was super helpful and courteous and gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone. He let me know that he wasn’t able to schedule me that night but to reach out in the morning. I called again at 6am and John answered again! (I’m convinced that the man doesn’t sleep)

He let me know the office opened at 8 so since I had to be at work I filled out their contact form on the website and promptly received a call at 8:02. The woman that called (I’m blanking on her name) was also very nice and let me know that they could have someone out this afternoon. Jesse called me about an hour before he was originally scheduled to let me know he was on the way. He was professional and courteous as well. He established quickly that it was in fact a bad motor. Including the time it took him to go to another location to pick up a new motor (he didn’t have the exact model with him) and get back, the entire repair only took a little over two hours. Jesse left the area around my furnace clean and it’s like nothing was ever wrong with the unit.

The cost of the repair was right in line with what I was quoted by John over the phone and I was so impressed that I bought their annual maintenance service.

I went from a busted HVAC system back to normal in a little over 14 hours and the work they did was excellent. I’ve already started recommending them to coworkers and would absolutely recommend them to anyone reading this review.

They came in and had the installation done in one day.  Then they came back to check that everything was good to go.  This bid was half the price of the next company that came out to give a quote.  I'll be calling them back again when we are ready to install more ductless units.  Thanks!
