Furnace was not getting the house warm. Kevin came out after a few hours from my call. Within a few hours, had it maintenanced and working. Issues were described well to us. It felt like he was honest and didn't push us to pay for any additional services. Very professional, but not like a salesperson, so felt just right for us. Pricing for maintenance seemed reasonable. Appreciate the hastiness. It was getting a bit cold.

I had Aire Serv inspect my furnace this year and they noted corrosion on my secondary heat exchanger. They told me I needed to replace the furnace. Because I know nothing about furnaces I had another company come out for a second opinion who said it was fine. Of course I took the word of the guy saying I didn't need to pay for a new furnace. Big mistake. My furnace died a few weeks later when it snowed. Aire Serv initially came off as a little bit salesy which put me off but having having worked with them and seeing how they operate I think that judgment was wrong. They were nice enough to offer me space heaters while I waited for a replacement unit and didn't fuss over the initial quote even though I'm guessing costs went up in the time I waited. The owner, Ben seems to be a genuinely good person and the office manager Carissa was helpful when I had some questions. Also, the technicians who replaced the furnace put down floor wrap so they weren't tracking snow into the house and from my experience those little details roll over into the work as a whole. Definitely recommended.

The service was done on the weekend, we called around everyone was closed, I called Aire and not only did I speak to this wonderful representative but she assured me they will come out and assist us. I was so very grateful because the house was freezing and we couldn't figure out what happened to the furnace. Kevin came installed a new thermostat, he was very cordial, professional and knowledgeable, I had a wonderful experience and I will ONLY use this company for future needs in my home. I am going to spread the word to everyone I know, how wonderful and caring this company is. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful family owned company! God bless them!
