Good morning,my name is Roosevelt Woods! I'm a new customer of your company and I want to say that I appreciate this company for the professional and excellent service you all give! I personally want to thank one of the greatest Technicians alive,Mr. Bobby!! I greatly appreciate him for coming out Last night and making a repair to my AC unit! He was More than on Time,he was Swift, sturdy precise and Truthful! I greatly appreciate the Man of Integrity he showed so much of! He assured me that I was in great hands and I felt everything was going to be just fine,with such a guy! I hope you all except my review of Honesty and I express my gratitude to this company!! Excellent experience with Air Serv! An exceptionally kind and highly professional technician name Bobby called in response to my appointment and let me know when he would be in my area. He arrived right on time and instantly got to work diagnosing my issue. Turns out the fix was far simpler than I had expected it to be. Bobby restored power to our HVAC unit and let me know that there was no need to replace my thermostat as I had originally anticipated. Bobby kindly provided me with options for other suggested maintenance services but did not try to push or sell me on anything that I did not need. He not only fixed my problem, and saved me a considerable amount of money and headache, but he also won a customer over to Air Serv. If Bobby is any indication of the team and culture of Air Serv (as I suspect he is) then I will enthusiastically recommend their services for small or large jobs.

Bobby was on time. Knew what he had to do and was in and out quickly. I would like Bobby to come every time to maintenance my unit. He really is an asset to your company unlike some of the folks you have sent out. Thanks for having a knowledgeable, experienced, service representative to take care of my unit.
