This business has great customer service! They explain everything, answer Questions, and call you to schedule maintenance. When the heat pump went out in the middle of the heat of the summer they were there in the day where other companies couldn’t get to us for a week. They have replaced our heat pump, and the blower motor on our furnace. We had excellent service, I would recommend them highly. We do appreciate the administration in the office also. She has very good customer service as well we appreciate this company.

Called them out to inspect our new Heat Pump system that wasn't working quite right. They were, in communication and showed up when we expected them to. They found the issues and were able to send us written information that we can use to go back to our original installer with. I'm very pleased, I wish they had done the initial install.

I called Aire Serv of Bend to do an annual inspection of our heating system prior to the winter heating season. Joey showed up on the scheduled time and performed the inspection. He found our furnace needed a part that was worn and may create possible issues in the future. I had him replace the part, which he had in inventory on his truck. Hi hi meant no additional appointment would be needed. Perfect! I will absolutely call Aire Serv every year from now on for our heating system maintenance. Thank you, Joey and the rest of the Aire Serv of Bend team!
