  Strongly do not recommend! They've been working on my unit for over a month now and the unit is still not working. They're highly non-responsive to your calls or text. They have told me that someone will come or that they will do something and not follow through time and time again (i.e. calling client back with what was done, sending a report, etc.). When I finally got them on the phone they made up lies about how technicians had to cancel all appointments because of rain (it didn't even rain that day) and how my unit is old (my unit is 2 years old).... Dealing with the customer service was a nightmare. I had high hopes when the owner, Avi, came to my home and said that if there were further issues he'd address them directly himself. But was quickly let down again when he was unresponsive to all texts and 99% of calls. The one call he did pick up, he didn't even know who was calling (despite half a dozen unanswered texts saying who I was). Long story short, over a month later the unit is not fixed, I'm out $1000 and their professionalism is a horrendous. By the way, the one 5 star review is their own employee.
