  I called him in the middle of the day on a Saturday with an urgent heater issue on a mobile home. I was very concerned that if we didn’t get the furnace functioning (especially through the weekend and Presidents’ Day on the upcoming Monday) that all the water lines would freeze and cause major damages. Not only did he squeeze us in to an already full day, but he got that heater up and running in a couple short hours! He did quality work, for a great price!! We will definitely be using his services on “all” of our homes!!

  Eric was able to help me after hours on the same day because my heater was not working. He had the Part on in his shop and was able to repair everything within an hour of arriving. He explained to me that the blower motor has seized up and showed me. He was clear as to what I could expect and overall great experience (under the conditions).

  I have called this business 10 times since September 22nd. At one point, Eric called me back and made an appt for September 30, but never showed up, and hasn't called or texted since. Really unprofessional!
